I received a package with 12 small 3 x 3 boxes wrapped very cutely. They each have a ribbon that says crystal jewelry tied around the each box inside each box is a small cardboard heart shaped piece of cardboard with it looks like two little colored stones or something with a note on it that says something about having you as my friend is great. I did not order these. I do not intend to pay for them and would like to know how or where to send them back to Thank you
