Unable to return order to meng zhao, Los Angeles, CA, USA

Same here, I rec'd a super cheap product from Meng Zhao that was not at all how it was listed in the ad, total false advertising.

same here I ordered 3 cost me 74.97. cheap cheap plastic garbage. these were suncatchers oh they sparkle when sun shines. BS, they were plastic ( sun cant shine through) and to boot, it is crooked( all 3). Christmas gifts. no one ever gets back on the # listed

I got the same treatment , the product i ordered was completely different and i was out $119.00 dollars of my hard earned money, I call that false advertisement and there business should be exposed, but it seems Chinese businesses go by there own corrupt ways and don't have to answer to anyone.

i SPENT MORE THAN MY BUDGET ALLOWED ($50) TO GET MY BROTHER-IN-LAW A NICE GIFT. THEIR ONLINE PICTURE SHOWED A BEAUTIFUL QUARTZ DRINKING CUP, BUT WHAT I RECEIVED (TOO LATE FOR CHRISTMAS) LOOKED LIKE A CHILD MADE IT FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT. IT IS HIDEOUS! FIT ONLY FOR THE GARBAGE.

I just ordered two toy robots for my grandson and they said I could return and there was no information in the package for a return policy, no contact information at all. Who do you contact for this, there's been enough on this person, how many more times will this happen to someone before he or she is checked out?
