I received a green gauze like scarf in the mail from Carson, 180 Exchange Blvd, Glendale Heights IL 60139.
I did not order this item.
I did order chairs from what I thought was QVC, but later discovered it was some web site patwlta.shop. Looking through reports, it looks like same happened to others.
