I bought dresses from Rotita.com, I returned 2 for a refund. I took the address that was indicated on my package that I received with the postal code L3R4C2 because it was in Canada. Unfortunately this address seems to have nothing to do with the company so my package is lost and I am not able to get a refund. What can I do to find my package which, according to the verification with tracking, was received at this postal code on January 8, 2024.
