Two orders I never received, Ropi.Store.

I placed two orders from them on two different days 1( March 4,2023@9:57PM for the amount of $13.64. Second order (March 9,2023@1:18PM for the amount of $13.64. I never received either of my orders, I just so happen to screenshot both of the orders. I was going through my photos and screenshot and remembered placing the orders and never getting my products. I would like to know what if anything is going to happen about me getting my orders.
