Ring from Tevin James. I just received a cheap ring with an envelope that's GRA moissanite certified which I did not order. As I was reading other reports I realized I order other things from Tuyloouk a month ago and still has not received my items. I will not buy from this website again. I will not pay for this ring or any charges related to this ring. Not happy.I'm in Springfield

I have ordered from them also over a month ago. I haven't received anything. I payed 45$ to them. It's not a lot but it is when you really don't have it. I was homeless and was trying too replace some items that they had for cheap and never got them. Now I can't track my order or even get back on their website. I hope they get investigation and have to refund everyone they ripped off
I have ordered from them also. I placed my order 1 week before Christmas. I paid them $54.00 dollars and some change. I got that some ring, I open the package up and threw it away. I contact them through email... everyone and their mommy have emailed me back. I ask the for a contact number and name, right to this day I haven't got that. They are definitely Scammer!
My order says it was delivered, it was not. They then offered a replacement order which again was not delivered as their tracking system says. Total thieves. Do not purchase from China shipping companies
