I received ab envelope, don't know what is inside. I called your customer service and the lady that answered the phone refused to help. I will take the envelope to the post office and return to sender. If any amount is charged to my bank account, I suggest you issue me a refund or I will report it as FRAUD to my bank. If I open the envelope, then I cannot return the envelope back to you, I will take the envelope to the post office marked ( RETURN TO SENDER)
