I have just received a calligraphy pen but never ordered, I too ordered from Toptvs didn't receive what I ordered, would like to know what I need to do if any one can help. I have ordered several gifts from Facebook which now look like scams, money has been taken for the items which were Christmas decorations, boxing fitness item, an infinity table and extra screens for my laptop. I looked at reviews and all appeared legitimate. I have not received any of these. Today I have received a calligraphy set which I have never ordered and no idea where it comes from.

I ordered musical boxing pad was on special offer if u ordered it within 15 mins so I ordered it as the ones on amazon were super expensive! Had to get pressies last minute. Beware of countdown sales
