I received some cheap quill pen. I ordered Christmas decorations. That shipping number at 17 track says they were delivered. They have not been delivered contacted my bank and put a fraudulent charge but this is a big scam. Now I’ve went back and they have taken that site down and no communication with their email. I wish someone could stop these phony companies. This is why I hate shopping on line.I ordered from TopTv shop off internet. On the web page I read everything it said shipped and delivered in 15/30 days, shipped from the USA, so I felt as if it was safe. Low and behold lies cause here it is almost new year and I’ve received nothing I ordered. Then when they shipped this through 17 track it said it was coming from China. I have tried to contact the toptv and the site is down now. I’ve sent messages to the email on site with no response so this company is just stealing and no one can stop this. I’m very sad. Guess I’ll go back and only shop at brick and mortar stores. It’s a shame.
