IPL KULO HONG KONG TOOK MY MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD AND DIDN'T SEND MY MERCHANDISE. WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY ORDER NUMBER THE WEBSITE WAS GONE. I ORDERED THROUGH FACEBOOK, I THROUGHT IT WAS SHEIN WEBSITE BUT NOT THEY ARE SAYING IT WASN'T THERE PAGE. I ORDERED SWIM SUITS, DRESSES, AND SHORTS.
