Took my money got email my parcel was delivered I got no parcel know I cant reach company or carrier track718 courier

Track 718 is listed on fbi website as a fake shipping company in cahoots with websites that "sell" merch. I've been pestering the heck out of the website that I "bought" from. "They're not a scam company. We're very real. We have good deals. Track your package at track718." Then offered 10 percent of shipping for inconvenience. What a joke..
