Online ordering process doubled my order and I didn't see it until after check outAfter seeing I was over-charged for my online order, I called immediately. Was told that the order would be canceled for me "if not already shipped." I said, If you send me 2 instead of the one I ordered, I will refuse the package. They said, Oh no, that is against our policy. I Got an email several days later saying the oder had shipped. Many days later, it has arrived in my mailbox. If I refuse the unopened package, I fear I will never get my payment refunded. What do I do now?
