I bought goods and they've never arrived back in July this year and have been promised a full refund. This is now 3 and a half months on and still no refund. I keep emailing this company and am being told it's being done and it's going on and on and on. I won't back down and have had maybe 30 email replies all saying I must be patient. Still waiting and I believe that they are never going to give me a refund. I want to know if pithzc. com is a real company or a bunch of scammers?
