Ordering mugs from Heaths Hottys 3646 S. Wolcott Ave. Chicago, ill 60609. They are anything like they looked on line. Can they be returned.

Looked at these mugs on line and it said crystals. Had different colors and I ordered 1 in blue. I paid $100.00 plus dollars. It took a very long time to get to me.
