I purchased a cellphone,but instead have gotten an empty airport box,which is NOT what I have paid for!!.

I've received a package thinking it was a cellphone that I've purchased and instead I've gotten a small box what looks to be airport's but the small box is waaay to light so I believe that it's empty and a scam!

I bought a dress online from APRICOT using a credit card, the sum was immediately collected and I received confirmation by email from beceipt. The retailer name is sanjifenrun. I haven't heard or seen anything else about my order.
