I order two packages from Prestige and they are using my information to keep charging me over $140 per month.I didn't sign up for multiple orders. I requested one purchase and that's it. There were no refill or reorder options given. They are taking funds without my permission and that's a crime! What are my next steps because no one answers their phone line.
