I ordered Beats Studio Buds for a Christmas present from this online company. I did not know it was coming from China at the time I placed the order. I started a conversation with the seller in their online chat and through email telling them I wanted to cancel the order because it was not delivered on time. They said I had to wait to receive the item then return it for a refund. When it finally arrived in January I asked for a return label as they instructed. Adrian Harris CEO said she needed a picture of the item to be sure it was in its original packaging. I did that and was told I could keep the earbuds and I would receive a refund by the end of the day 1/11/23. I have not been issued a refund and now Adrian is not responding to my chat or email. The package was sent from Online Seller, 19799 E 36th Dr, Aurora, CO 80011. I would like to report Thirstpros as a scam website and this Online Seller as a scam. I have not checked to see if the earbuds even work.I'm in Birmingham
