I'm having a hard time reaching them/her as well. They ghosted me and I'm trying to get my money back from these head phones. I wanted them for my daughter birthday 12/26/2024. They didn't come the beginning of Dec like promised. So I ordered somewhere else. They finally showed up the end of January 2025. I asked for a refund through PayPal. They acted like they were helping. Feb rolled around they told me they were on vacation. I reached out again, paypal said dispute through bank. By this time it was past 90days to dispute. So I could not dispute it through my bank. I still have these things unopened. I want my money back because they didn't come in time like they said now I can't find their information. It started with a B and weird company name. I want to report the company to the BBB so people don't order for them. This is so wrong

Your bank or PayPal should have the name of the company. I have learned to look at reviews of a company or product before ordering to prevent things like from happening.
@user-rzfcf411 Paypal act as if they don't know what I'm talking about. I'll pull my files again. This was not smart on my part because I always look at reviews. I was trying to get these ear bud things to help with my job because I don't speak Spanish but they translate for you. My daughter wanted to get her nails done for her birthday and we wanted to communicate with our nail tech as well. I was planning to surprise her so that we'll both benefit from them. I saw them on my favorite Tiktok and did not know this was not from the Tiktok shop. My bank only had Pay Pal as the payee. It was so draining
