Received a 1 ct diamond ring which I did not order. I am wearing the ring but will absolutely not pay for it or spend money to return it.I'm in Flagstaff

I also received a ring. Prior to that, the last thing I ordered were coats from Macys.
I had opened an ad that was supposedly from Macy's for sweatshirts. Ordered some, only to find out the shirts were coming from China, my theory is that this person suckers in people with the shirts, then sends out the "gum ball machine" ring so he can say the customer got merchandise, gonna let my credit card company deal with him, hope he gets what he deserves.
I just received a ring today too and I ordered from Macys as well. Been waiting for delivery… still says waiting on usps.
