i purchased 3 rings this sight posing as kay jewelers,I used my capital one card, how do i get this place to refund my card.?

Call capital one , give them the name of the site you ordered from. This happened to me, my credit card company refunded my money.
Call or go online to Capital One to contest the charge. We had the same issue and Capital One was excellent about helping with this scam.
