I ordered from Heylyou, JERRY(001)-YASF****, i requested a return address because the sweatshirt I ordered is NOT what I ordered. I just now opened the second shirt I ordered, and it’s just as bad as the first one, AND it is also way TOO BIG!! I cannot get anyone to respond, even though their site guarantees the customer service will work with the consumer. I just want to return these HUGE shirts for a refund. Not not are they way too big, they’re very poorly made. The stitching on the bottom band is sewn so that the fabric is not stitched in, the front stitching looks like there’s little “Mummies” peeking out of the “Nebraska” stitching, it’s awful. I’m out of my money and there’s no reason they cannot give me a return address or refund the money. Turns out it’s not from Rancho Cucamonga, CA but from China!!! Their site also states that the company will pay the return shipping and there will not be a restocking fee assessed. Both sites need to tagged as Fraudulent, and difficult to deal with.
