I ordered clothes from this company, I was told they had been delivered, but I never received them.

Yes... identical story: they said "order was delivered" but was NOT. I filed a claim on my credit card and got temporary credit. And the network tried to convince me that it will send me another package. I did not agree and demanded a refund. At first, they wanted to give me back 50% of the amount I paid. I insisted on the return of the entire sum. That's what they said, 90%, that's the most we can give you. Again, I disagreed and, in the end, they promised 100%.
