I ordered several items from a company my mother- in- law had told me about. They use the JCP (JCPenney) red logo and look legit. I am now a month later (a little over) still waiting for my things. After a little amateur investigating I come up with these facts the company is NOT nor affiliated with JCPenney, the name is tcizo, they have website that looks legit and secure. No one will get back with me about my order though the website says "Don't hesitate to contact us" also says "we take pride in our customer service" . Their clothes are cute, stylish, updated and cheap! (We all love fashion at the cheapest) They suck you in with the prices of sandals and clothing. I received an email with order confirmation and had to email them to get tracking info. I have tracking number that says invalid. I have (as of tonight) threatened legal advice also contacting BBB. I can give updates if that is allowed. Right before coming here I checked tracking and everything was written in Chinese.
