I ordered a Model of the USS ENTERPRISE for $39.95 3 months ago and I still haven't received it. They said that my order would arrive in 7 to 14 days after it went through customs. I have since contacted them 5 days ago and after 3 days I received a message saying that they have sent out another Model and it would be coming from a company in the US. But now they are not responding to any of my emails. I Never received a tracking number or confirmation of my order. I believe that I have been ripped off.
