Got a package in the mail with my address but wrong name. Return address was Katie Sanchez 285 Raritan PKWY, Edison NJ. Contains a piece of cardboard with a lens wipe in it. Very suspicious.

See my explanation in other posts. Its a package to scam a product showing delivered and ordered online by you or others. The retailer most likely will not refund a delivered product, and you will be forced to dispute the charges if using paypal or credit card.
