I ordered 3 wicker chairs from an ad on Facebook and received a piece of cloth. They offered a 60% refund and to keep the delivered piece of crap. Have been going back and forth for 4 months now. The below pictures are what was order and what was received. They blamed in on a computer error and said they don’t have the items in stock any longer.
