I had a 6 inch Italian BMT on flat bread with American cheese. Toasted with black olives, pickles, green peppers and light mayo on it. I ate at 2:45pm on Monday, April 15th. By 6pm I was working out and couldn’t complete the workout due to such severe abdominal cramping and pain that was making me double over and came with goosebumps and chills. I spent the entire evening running to the bathroom then curling up into a ball on the couch. I had the same symptoms throughout the entire night and currently the next day, April 16th, 2019 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
