I ordered sleep strips online in Nov. 2022. On May 17, 2023 I received another package of sleep strips Elaimei which I did not order. The charge for the sleep strips in Nov. 2022 was $92.41. Very expensive but I did not know any better thinking they must really work--they don't! The same package sells for less than $14.00 on Amazon. Amazon did not carry these back in November 2022. The charge on my mastercard statement is from Allianz Global Assista Cambridge, ON Please track down this company and charge them with fraud. Thanks The address shown on the package is from: A044 70 Gibson Dr. Unit 7 CNE L3R 4C2 (or maybe it is 4G2 printing faint, can't read it)

I ordered a mattress but they gave me a scarf and now they only want a half price refund and i didnt agree because i didnt got my order and at first they told me its gonna take a long time to arrive then the next day... See More told me that the mattress sold out but i checked their website and its not sold out at all i even told them i just want my mattress refund or not doesnt matter i just want my order! And theyre making it so complicated theyre the one who made mistake but im the one who have to adjust also i told them im willing to return the scarf which the wrong order but they told me again they will refund a 40% for what spend for returning the order so im the one the spend more money here?
