I received an unordered package with a Moissante Ring from Online Seller, 1800 140th Ave. E, Sumner WA 98390. It had a price tag attached at $188. How does this happen? Perhaps from placing another online order (shoes) I placed and received from China which took one month to arrive and is very inferior quality. How do I return it & get my money back?I'm in Green Valley
