I so wish I had red this before I place my order. Ordered Pet Fence they sent me sunglasses. Now apparently they have no more pet fence stock but will refund me only 50% of what I paid. Grr!

I got the same - have been fighting them for 4 weeks. They promised to refund all but the shipping for the sunglasses. I said fine (better than nothing). Today is day 10 - they told me to contact them if I had not seen the refund in 10 days. Just emailed will be interesting to see what pathetic excuse they come up with now. I have reported to my credit card. Threatened to go to the authorities too.
Seems we’re in the same boat🙄 are you able to tell me what they came up as on your bank statement trying to find so I can report to my bank.
I also ordered the fence and got a scarf... No one to call I don't know what to do

I also got scammed and was sent a small 'wet wrap' towel with the tracking # they supplied ...no way to get hold of the company as the messages don't go through to them...I have reported it to my bank but don't know if anything can be done...SO tired of these scammers trying to steal our money
I ordered the fence, its been dropped off at an empty parking lot and the tracker tells me to contact my local carrier to pick... who is my local carrier and why are they in a parking lot. Big Sad

I'd rather have a scarf than the cheapo ratchet screwdriver they sent me instead of the fence! I took a gamble even though I figured it was likely a scam, and low and behold, it absolutely is a scam.
Oh how I wish I had read this!! Guess I’m not getting a dog fence and I’m out $49. Great!!
I'm fighting with them right now as I didn't get anything and I ordered the excercise pen in January. I emailed them and they said it was delivered but I never got anything so they supposedly resent it. Still nothing a month later so I emailed them again and they offered me a 50% refund to go towards a similar product!! 50%??!!! How about 100%! I said no thank you, please refund me the full amount and I sent them the screenshots I took of my order. If they don't refund my money I'm definitely not going to just let it slide, they're probably making thousands because people are not fighting them.

Get this…. I now have a log of 7 emails back and forth. First I wanted to know where my fence was. I told them I would not give my info to the tracking co I didn’t recognize. First my “fencing” was in customs. Then it was “in the US in transit. Then nothing. Then I get a scarf with the exact tracking number written in small lettering above the word “scarf”. Now they say I can get a 40% refund OR send the scarf back to a very long address in China at my expense and when they get it (which they never would admit to) then I’d get a full refund. But… that’s not going to happen. So my last email said their supplier and their shipping (their excuses) were NOT the customers problem and I want a full refund now. Ha. Can’t wait for the next email. And my credit card company won’t file a claim because they want me to go round and around with these scammers. Nice. Like this is a safe game they want me to keep playing. I’m out $79.98. And my dogs are out a nice play space. Guess I’ve learned my lesson(s). I will have to pony up the $500 for a smaller equivalent fence from a company I’ve found IS reputable. Poor dogs. It won’t happen anytime soon.
Just happen to me ...order the fence and got a scarf thing ..bloody mad ...wish I had seen this before ordering...did email asking for a full refund but after reading this doubt I will get it
