I ordered a treadmill online thru this company in the beginning of June. I tracked it and it said it was delivered. I did not receive it. I contacted them and they were very polite and said they would reship my order. when it did not arrive, I emailed them and they stated the second item had been lost in shipping. they offered a half refund. I refused and demanded a full refund. they then countered with full refund minus shipping. I agreed and never heard from them again. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I know I should be happy it was just $50 but still I'm angry. I attached a copy of my order confirmation.
