The staff member self-reported the positive result on Wednesday, and self-quarantined under the direction of the employee’s healthcare provider.

I received a package from Monica 20 Willow St Normal, IL 61761 on 4/15/24. The package was badly damaged to point of no use. The bottle of perfume had been spilled from the broken bottle. So I received a broken bottle of perfume.
