I ordered a perfect for pet gate and paid 39.95 and never received . I did receive a stupid hate worth a $1.00 but only said it was made in China

Did you figure out a way to get your money back cause I got scammed as well.
I told them I was going to the police with the bank account they took money out of 2 months ago today I received 6 71 back into my account my order was 33.50 pound . I've emailed again telling them they need to learn how to add up
