I got same today!
I got a scarf I didn't order. This "online seller" may be connected with a scam company dealsday.com out of London that I had ordered Willow Tree figurines from but never received. Filed a complaint with my credit card company.
I ordered pants from this company. Received item poor quality, no connecting hook to close pants. How do you receive refund? Scam alert for sure. Wish I read this thread of complaints before I ordered anything.
