I ordered and receive a 3.00 pair of regular reading glasses. Why doesn't the product/consumer protection agency do something about all the scams that are out there. When a company gets 3 or 4 complain

So called adjustible prescription glasses ordered and I received 3.00 reading glasse in stead. What a scam!
