I received a small package with a sliver of cardboard in it. Nothing else. It was my name on package with a neighbor on another street address. Not sure if neighbor brought it here because my name but their address or or did usps deliver it to my address because my name. ?

Your street address is wrong because its used to confuse the usps but also to show delivery to your town. Most likely you ordered something more expensive and your getting the scam package. If you have a SKY number on the package and the retailer used it to show your package was delivered then that is your proof to dispute the scam. The retailer most likely will not claim responsibility for "delivered" mail.
