Ordered an item from USACharity & an unauthorized additional $7.71 by Paypal was instantly added to my order (refunded after complaining). Tracking indicated item was shipped from Iceland, but the return address was from Abby Adkins, Chicago, Il. Have sent pic of address label to seller. This person somehow processed my order through her Paypal account & charged an additional amount. Don’t know how this was accomplished, but obviously a scam.
