Good day, I received a package but I am not satisfied. Instead of a mobile phone, they sent me a sports can. I had ordered a mobile phone. And instead of a mobile phone, this arrived. I am not satisfied and I want my money back. But how to proceed when I ordered a Samsung mobile phone and instead they sent me something else. We are not satisfied. A person orders something, pays money and gets nothing out of it. And these were the last savings I had.
