Ordered shoes, sent wrong size, tried to contact 5X, finally contacted and they wanted me to keep shoes and take $15, I declined. After haggling for me to return and get address to send back they told me it would take 24 hrs to send me the return address. Of course the address was not sent, so after 48 hrs I had to continue to contact again, finally did and I was asked to keep shoes and take a 15% fee and to keep shoes, I refused. I asked for a return label, which they refused. They finally sent me return address after I got him to say I would be reimbursed for my shipping costs. Went to UPS and cost was over $400+!! Went to USPS and it was $30.55. Sent back. They finally reimbursed me for the shoes but not shipping and now I’m having problems contacting them again to get my shipping fees since they sent the wrong size shoes!I feel this is a scam as they send people the wrong size shoes then get them to take a monetary offer plus keep the shoes and they are still left with money in their pockets!!
