The shoes are supposed to be for Neuropathy, NO WAY. so hard on the bottom that you feel like you are walking on stones. I should have known that the cheap price was a clue to the quality. I couldn't find anywhere to contact them with some questions as to the accuracy of actually helping neuropathy....Are they a scam? I saw this on FaceBook. They said they had a money back guarantee but when I wanted to return them they said I had to return them to Vietnam or I could take a 10% refund which was only $3.80.. What a rip off. . I looked recently on facebook and didn't see there ad there.. There email address I sent to, is: Customer Support
