I received an odd package delivered by usps today that I did not order. A small yellow/orange mailer containing an individually wrapped hair tie... nothing else in the package at all . I checked my bank statements and nothing appears to be awry but to be honest it's a little disconcerting to get a completely random package with a random item like a hair tie addressed to me .The address for the shipper is listed as
