I ordered what I thought was hearing aids in the form of headphones, that were supposed to amplify sounds so you could hear better. They sent headphones to listen to music with which is not what they advertised. Then when I received my monthly statement from my credit card, I was charged $50.78, when the total charge was supposed to be $30.98. The name on the charge was SHINERYACOM. They want to refund me 20% they say, which of course is unacceptable! I'm going to contact the fraud team for my credit card company, Chase Freedom. I just thought maybe you could help in some way.
