Hello. I ordered some Dentures from Shannara. com New York New York on January 21st 2026. I have not received them yet I believe that they are a scam. I paid $50 for them and I have not heard from them since then. I am very upset about this because I did not have $50 to give away for nothing. Is there anyone can tell me what to do to try to retrieve my money. I do believe this is a scam and I am hurt and angry I want my money back. Please do not order from these people for they are crooked.

Ordered 2 sets of dentures. First of all they charged more than advertised. Second of all I have not received either order. We have a very limited income so for us $121.67 is a lot of money to lose to a scam.
I to order dentures from them and cannot figure out how to get a hold of them or to get my money back I guess I will have to go to my bank where my card is and have them take care of it and stop payment on my card for any further issues if you have any other information on this company please let me know and I will also let you know thank you
this is a scam. I did order a denture mold kit doe a temporary broken tooth replacement until I could get tooth replaced, It was Not from !Shinnara! Never heard of it , never ordered from them But I was charged 51 and change and never received anything. I think the company I ordered from, gave my banking info illegally to someone, or fake business and charged my acct. for a purchase to this Shinnara place. It is all connected, stealing bank numbers, I have all the emails to this the place I ordered from and their " so sorry your order is delayed n customs!" or so sorry for the delay but your order is on it;s way! That was in January! I reported it to the bank, got a new card but the case was closed and I am out $51. Not enough investigating done on these scammers! Step up Banks and help us get our hard earned money back Scams are happening way too often and nobody takes the time anymore to help..
