I ordered a significant amount of clothing from this site, advertising that they were Shein overstocked/deleted items. Never received the order. When I approached them they did respond, but refused responsibility even though there was a “shipping insurance” tacked onto my final bill. The tracking information was dodgy, to say the least and when I asked for contact info for their Australian courier so I could follow up, they wouldn’t give me any information. Offered to compensate only 80%, but even that never came either. SCAM!!!
