Ordered some items from which I thought they were from Shein cus that's what they said. Weeks later still not had them or received an email as to what is happening. Upon checking my emails I've never actually received an email when I originally placed the order but noticed on my bank statement that the money had come out. Can you please have a look for me and try and sort it.
