I ordered a dolphin lighter from this company.After 14 days it stopped working. Company required a video of the lighter.Why couldn't they tell meexplain? Finally, they offered me compensation of 2 euros, although the lighter cost 22 euros. That was of course unacceptable, return as well. Postage costs would have been considerable. I switched on PayPal, which ultimately decided in favor of the company, i.e. no repayment. For me, PayPal tolerates such companies.I then recovered my PayPal payment via a chargeback. Let's see how PayPal reacts now.
