Placed an order with whitecloth. com for an embroidered purple sweater and 2 purple embroidered caps supposedly for Alzheimers support. I didn't receive a sweater, I got a cheaply made, poorly printed hoodie made of polyester fabric. The hats were not embroidered, but design was printed.
The shipping notices said they were coming through Germany but shipping label came from address in Chicago.
I would like to get my money back if possible.
