I purchased a skincare product from a company that calls itself Neutroera located at 188 South Mountain House Parkway, Tracy, 95377 California, United States. I paid for shipping and handling at the time of purchase. When the package arrived at my local post office, it was flagged as having a counterfeit (fraudulent) shipping label. In other words, this company did not use my money to purchase a legitimate shipping label. They printed one to look like a shipping label. This meant that in order for me to get my package from the post office, I had to pay the shipping AGAIN!! Furthermore, the skincare product is another scam. It did absolutely nothing for my issue. Finally, right after my purchase, I received three notices from my bank in one day of someone trying to use my credit card information to buy toys and car parts! My card account has been canceled and I am waiting for a replacement card. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BAD NEWS!!
