We ordered two tactical walking canes and did not receive them. My wife complained to PayPal and PayPal refused to pay for the scam. After several complaints to PayPal we received two regular elderly canes and a little package. The total for the tactical walking canes was $150. The value of the elderly walking canes is less than $40. Also, the address of Abby Atkins is a non-deliverable address according to the Postal Service. So, this is a total scam and PayPal is supposed to ensure the buyers of these scams and reimburse the buyers.
