I received 2 sets of nova hearing aids ,cost 278.00, I tried to call the ph. #. And answering device would answer than hang up.. I made a purchase from Jerry Yasfbara of 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, California. I was given a number to call. I received the Nova hearing aids which I paid $ 278.00. There was something in the box that wasn't pictured in the instruction book. I called the phone# that I had been given. The answering machine would say please hold for the next available agent then it disconnected. I tried 15 times. The same thing happened every time. That's when I decided I had been scammed.
